Plastic Surgery Financing

Dr. Michael Diaz, a board-certified plastic surgeon, is committed to providing opportunities for men and women living in Mobile, Ocean Springs, Gulfport and the surrounding communities of Mississippi, to improve their appearance and self-confidence. Following is an overview of our payment policy. To make our services more affordable and available, we offer several payment options.

Plastic Surgery Clients

Plastic surgery is considered, for the most part, to be elective and not medically necessary, putting the onus of payment on you. Payment in full is required prior to the surgery or treatment. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards as well as offer financing through CareCredit®.

Reconstructive Clients

For reconstructive clients, your health insurance plan may provide coverage for surgeries or treatments that are deemed medically necessary. We can provide assistance in helping you get your maximum allowable benefits from your plan. It is important to note that co-pays, co-insurances, and deductibles are your responsibility and are billed to you by our office. Deductibles and other payments are due two weeks prior to your surgery. Any payments for office visits are due at the time of service. If you do not have medical insurance, we can offer you options and assist you with financing as well.
