Meet Our Staff
Marcel has lived in Biloxi for 20+ years. She is originally from Mobile, Al. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1995. She pursued a career in Sonography for 12 years until she switched careers and helped start the medical practice for Michael Diaz, MD. Marcel is the office manager for Michael Diaz, MD.
Lorie is a Registered Nurse who has been with the practice since 2012. She has been a RN for many years with multiple nursing experiences from Neuro, geriatrics, orthopedics to perioperative nursing. Lorie works in the office/clinic and in Pre-op and PACU/OR. She ensures that all ordered testing is done and reviewed before preop appointments and if additional testing is required, she ensures that is done and reviewed with Dr. Diaz before any surgical procedure is done. Lorie is ACLS and BCLS certified. Lorie is married, has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, boating, fishing and spending time with her family.
Maria is a graduate of LSU. Since graduation she has worked as a registered nurse in the operation room, a surgical nurse for more than 20 years, and is now the OR manager for Dr. Diaz. She also works with him during surgical cases. Maria has two children, a daughter who is an RN, and a son who attends LSU. In her down time, Maria enjoys any outdoor activity, especially anything to do with the ocean.
Christy has been assisting Dr. Diaz in the operating room for 4 years, while also traveling with him to various hospitals for breast cancer reconstruction with focus on the DIEP procedure.
She began her education at Mississippi State University and earned her Associate of Arts and Applied Science degrees as well as her certification in surgical technology in 2016 from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. In 2017 Christy became a certified laser technician. Since then, Christy has specialized in tattoo and hair removal along with spider vein reduction. In her off time, Christy enjoys traveling as well as spending time with her husband, son, and four dogs.
Stephanie is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada. Stephanie has a varied background, working in both the medical field as a Medical Assistant and in Resort Operations. She has a passion for marketing and skincare and her role at Michael Diaz M.D. F.A.C.S. combines both of those interests.
Jennah Ladner has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 10 years and started doing Botox and Filler injections in 2014. She graduated from William Carey University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her education at the University of South Alabama, obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing in 2012, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Jennah has a background in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, ENT and Aesthetics. She has a passion for making her patients feel beautiful, inside and out.
Jaclyn Kilduff is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has recently joined our team as an Aesthetic Injector. Prior to completing both the Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing programs at the University of South Alabama, Jaclyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. Her nursing career began in 2013 in Biloxi and despite moving to Mobile, Alabama in 2018 with her husband Bill and beloved pup, Jackson; she continues to practice along the beautiful gulf coast. Her experience includes outpatient and inpatient settings with an emphasis on post-operative and wound healing care. Jaclyn is certified by the Allergan Institute for Aesthetic Providers and is currently accepting new patients for Botox and Filler.
Cessalee Redmond is a Certified Surgical First Assistant/Certified Surgical Technologist. She been affiliated with Dr. Diaz for seven years practicing Breast Reconstructive Surgery and the DEIP Procedure. For the past two years I have transitioned to working in primary Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery. Cessalee also provides services such as Evolve in the aesthetics office. She has 14 yrs of combined experience in the Surgical Field. Cessalee has been married for 16 years and together they have two children. She enjoys boating, fishing and CrossFit.
Terri is a retired school teacher who spent 25 years teaching elementary and middle school in Vancleave, where she and her husband Darren live. She started working for Dr. Diaz in 2021 and loves greeting every patient with a smile as they enter the office. She is responsible for patient scheduling, along with numerous clerical duties. In her spare time, Terri loves to travel, boating and spending time with her family.
Brittani is a Registered Nurse who has been working for Dr. Diaz for 1 year. She works as an OR Circulator, Surgical Recovery Nurse and more recently is also an Evolve technician. Brittani enjoys spending time with her family, diving and experiencing new adventures!

Ashley Macho, PA-C graduated from Physician Assistant school at Nova Southeastern University in 2013. She has 7 years of experience as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant and then transitioned into Aesthetics 3 years ago. Ashley trained with a plastic surgeon in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida while simultaneously working at a Medspa in Boca Raton, Florida. Ashley loves fitness, spending time with her family and diving!
Her favorite treatment to perform is lip filler - she is passionate about giving her patients the perfect pout!
