BodyTite in Biloxi, MS

What is BodyTite?

BodyTite is a minimally invasive body contouring solution that uses radiofrequency energy to firm and tighten skin, as well as remove stubborn fat. BodyTite is one of several devices in the InMode family of products. BodyTite sets itself apart as the device that is specifically designed for larger areas of the body, serving as an alternative for treatments like liposuction and other contouring surgeries. With radiofrequency energy delivered beneath the skin’s surface, BodyTite can trigger skin contraction and collagen production in the desired treatment areas to tighten excess skin. Furthermore, the BodyTite device can remove stubborn fat via radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL), to produce greater improvements in body contours without the need for more invasive surgical techniques.

What are the Benefits of BodyTite?

BodyTite offers superior body contouring results with improved safety and less discomfort than other technologies. Furthermore, it requires no invasive surgery and therefore produces virtually no scarring. Additional benefits include:

  • Firmer, tighter skin
  • Reduction of unwanted fat
  • Improved technology for consistent results
  • Brief, minimally-invasive procedure
  • Virtually no scarring
  • Minimal downtime
What is the BodyTite Treatment Like?

The BodyTite treatment is performed under general anesthetic. As treatment begins, the needle tip of the BodyTite device will be inserted beneath the skin in the desired treatment area. This needle will emit radiofrequency energy and also serves as a cannula for the removal of unwanted fat cells. Simultaneously, an external device will be placed on the skin’s surface, delivering additional radiofrequency energy to the same area. The BodyTite device will be maneuvered around the treatment area until it has been adequately addressed and the desired results are achieved. This treatment is typically performed in under 60 minutes, although extended treatment times may be necessary if multiple areas are treated in one session.

Is There Any Downtime After BodyTite?

As a minimally-invasive procedure, the BodyTite treatment requires minimal downtime and has very few side effects. Following treatment, you can expect some swelling, soreness and bruising in the treatment area that may last about one to two weeks. Despite these side effects, you will be able to return to work and most other activities in under a week of treatment. You may need to avoid exercise and other strenuous activities for as long as one month following your treatment. We may recommend additional post-treatment care depending on your particular treatment plan.

What Results Can I Expect from BodyTite?

You will begin to notice results from BodyTite as soon as any side effects fade, as the treatment triggers an instant tightening reaction in the skin. However, the full results from treatment will not be visible for several weeks, after the body has produced new collagen and implemented it into the skin. Typically, about 3 to 6 months after your treatment date, you can expect to see the full results of treatment. Most patients only require one treatment for optimal results, and these results will last for many years to come.
